Solve Acute Angle Problems

Introduction to solve acute angle problems:

The acute angle is the angle where the measurement will be less than 90 degrees. In the acute angle triangle, the three angles of the triangle will be less than 90 degrees but the total sum of the triangle angles will be 180 degrees. The acute angles can be solved easily with the help of the measurement of the other angles. The acute angles will be as  45, 67, 50 etc. Now we are going to see how to solve acute angle problems.

How to Solve Acute Angle Problems:

Now we see how to solve for the acute angles by the following steps as given below.

The acute angles measurement is less than 90 degrees.

From the given problem the angles should be noted.

The diagram has been drawn and the angles are noted.

The acute angle can be solved from the total measurements of the triangle.

Some of the acute angles are 23, 45, 56 etc.

I have recently faced lot of problem while learning solve math problems for free step by step, But thank to online resources of math which helped me to learn myself easily on net.

Solve Acute Angle Problems:

Now we are going to see about some example problems to solve acute angle problems.

Example 1:

Determine the measurement of the angle x when the angle y is 47 degrees.

Solution:

Now we are going to determine the angles from the given data as follows,

x + y = 90

x + 47 = 90

x = 90 - 47

x = 43.

Thus, the acute angle of x is 43 degrees.

Example 2:

Find the angle x - 120° which is an acute angle and the value for y is given below

1.    265°

2.    150°

3.    320°

4.    235°

Answer: 2) 150°

Explanation:

Now we determine the acute angle as follows,

The acute angle has the value less than 90°.

Given x -120°

1) If x = 265°, 265°-120° = 145°

2) If x = 150°, 150°- 120° = 30°

3) If x = 320°, 320°-120°= 200°

4) If x = 235°, 235°-120° = 115°

So the value x -150° makes the acute angle.
